Through training and practical experience Steve attained Certified System Engineer status in NT4 and later was one of the first to achieve Windows 2000 M.C.S.E. accreditation worldwide. Steve and SRTServices maintain that whilst Certification is not essential to getting the job done, in reality it is a foundation of knowledge that allows the job to be done professionally, effectively and quickly. We keep up to date and abreast of all developing technologies and every Technician employed by SRTServices has a minimum A+ Computer Technician qualification before they are allowed onsite alone. Certified training plus practical experience is a recipe for success in the support of any companies network and computers.

Partner Tracey Tite is a trained teacher and excels in this area. She has for years trained computer application technologies and their effective use in everyday business life.
